World of Warcraft Beta Coming Soon
With the North American and Korean versions of the World of Warcraft beta test right around the corner, we are in the process of setting up our new World of Warcraft Community Site. During the beta test, this site will serve as a resource for the testers and provide the entire community with a place to follow what’s happening in the game.

Looks like no later than the end of next week, keep your fingers crossed!

The cummunity site has been set up. There a a few forums but only the general forum has a post in it basically saying we will be rolling soon (around 45000 views of the post so far :)). ONLY beta participants can post but anyone can read. This is an interesting approach from Blizzard. Should be interesting.

If anyone manages to enter the beta, let us know here (since you can post in an open forum I guess there should be no restriction of posting here?)

The reason for this is purely selfish on those of us unlucky enough not to make the beta. My idea is so that we may post questions regarding WoW (probably in a new thread) so that our TOG beta participants can enter our questions in the beta community pages.

    What do you guys think?

yup good idea Rick and thats what I was asuming as well, I dont think there would be any problems, for us to post here, as well ask ask questions, as it seems a thought they want a mojority or the fans as well as beta testers involved with whats going on.

    Still got my fingers crossed

    *fingers crossed*

I hope at least 1 if not more Toggers get into this, as it will give us alot of info, we can only hope

Actually, that's quite similar to the way EQ dealt with the different tongues...

Seems that invites were very rare... and a lot of spots seem to have been given to people that in a position to, shall we say, promote the game a little better than the average joe.

    just my 2cr

I am relly starting to get excited about WoW apart from the fact SWG is starting to get to me. Bring on November with no delays in publish.

Am also trying to get my SWG guild of TCO to go to the same aussie servers. Although they are split on Warcraft and Warhammer as main 2 options of where to go to when SWG turns into support the uber Jedi or perish.

Yes I have signed up and can't wait to skin some nightelves. Taurens will rule in melee plan to start as a hunter but with 10 toons per server will most likely have a Warrior as well
