Steam is in pre-christmas sale time. One day only deals include.

    THQ Complete Pack: $50

    Lucasarts Premier Pack: $50

    Arkham Asylum: $25

    Farcry 2: $10

    Osmos: $2

    Grid: $7.50

    Fallen Earth: $25

    Dragonage: $37.50

Only 41 hours to go. So I assume these will be removed and replaced with more tomorrow?

THQ & Lucasart Packs are on sale until Monday while the remainder are part of the five days of one day sales (seems they're giving the first day 48 hours to allow word to get around).

Typical of Direct2Drive however, only one of their specials are available in Australia (Resident Evil 5), most being restricted to USA and Canada.

I just picked up Dragon Age, Osmos, and Plants Vs Zombies. I promised myself that I wouldn't get Dragon age until I'd finished up some other games but that was too good a price to pass up. I just need to pay someone to start playing all these games for me .

Yep, same here Rog. I've been keen to get Dragon Age but was going to try to wait for a month or two. But I can't see the game getting much cheaper than $40AUD for awhile so I went for it - just need to find the time to play!

And thanks to Harry for the heads-up!

Link to watch (from work) for the specials:

    Early Holiday Sale

Bought Grid from Day 1 of the sale, and resisted Dragon Age, for the moment.
