Think you mean one hour later :) going eastward the hour is later than going westward :)

Ha! You'll have to find or make a bow for that, and have arrows ... never easy (unless Henri is being nice to us).

Personally, I find that sprinting and creeping are what keeps me alive for longer. Especially in the forests of the Wild West.

Considering my relative lack of experience in all things PvP I have no expectations of staying alive for long. The closest I got was firing a few poorly aimed arrows at Akira in the Wild West and then running away to hide in Pedra.

Now on the other hand if we were spleefing.......

Bring 16 eggs if you have them to tomorrows battle. We are starting with an egg fight :)

Will you have egg on your face if no-one turns up with any?

If i'm holding all the eggs there could be a LOT of people with egg on their face :)

I have a few spare stacks for anyone who needs some.

    Creep mode <shift> :

As creep hides your name tags, we will have a 30 second time limit on creep, with a 2 minute cooldown (just estimate it) before you can use it again.

    Torches :

Also remember to leave torches at crafting stations and do not craft torches.

We do not use additional lighting outside of the Cornucopia.

    Cobble / Planks :

Are for crafting only. Do not place Cobble or Planks on the ground.

    Starting Blocks :

The starting blocks are now chests with treats in for each player.

So other than things from inside chests, the only resources from "mining" are the tree trunks and the leaves at crafting stations, with any apples that fall. And other block or item is to be left alone.

    Right?

Accidentally mowing the lawn of long grass during combat is fine though.

That is right. Trees, leaves, apples at crafting stations, and animals for food.

Grass and mushrooms are fair game.

I will bring a hundred chicken eggs to this afternoon's egg fight for anyone who doesn't have any.

    See you there at 2pm.

The Hunger Games should be the best yet, with an archery theme.

Even if you don't feel like competing, come along to watch from the spectators platform.

Besure to read the updated rules posted next to the starting area.

    Hunger Games City Images

In chatting on Mumble with tanbay/SonnyJim I just discovered that the Frontier Panoramas thread got moved to the The Miners' Gallery sub-form, which was a surprise to me but makes sense. So I'll just cross post links to relevant images in appropriate threads here.

With encouragement from Espesh, T0R0UK, and tanbay last night we made a couple interesting images of the Hunger Games City images, that you can enjoy by clicking here and offer views as shown in the (probably un-clickable) thumbnail below.

    A great game.

We played an archery round, then King of the Hill (all against Dewey in Full Diamond Armor !!).

Shame you missed it Brew. Video will be up tonight.

Many long range surprise shots? As in "Who hit me? Where are they?". Or were people generally being more defensive than offensive?

And how did the players get the bows and arrows?

Thank you Aveege for supplying this weeks prize, an Enchanted Smite III gold sword.

Each player started with a chest of goodies, including a bow, flints, enderpearls, meat and Leather Armor.

Round 1... watch for the big creeper attack at the end :)

Round 2... King Dewey vs the world
