Steam open for pre-order!

It seems bloody early to start accepting pre-orders, but those who are keen, it's for sale on steam for the typical price of $89.99

I'll be waiting till release day at least before I pick it up I reckon. I grabbed MW3 for $69 @ Target on day 1.

 

I see absolutely no reason to bother preorder.

I mean really, c'mon, are they even offering a bonus?

 

its an option.. get the payment part out of the way when you have a bit of cash.

 

I pre-ordered Borderlands on Steam early on. They reduced the price before release.

This makes me rather unlikely to take a preorder without serious incentive.

Nope, no preorder here. Once they have the money then they can do whatever they like. Everyone expected Dedi Servers in MW2, everybody Preordered, we got IWnet.

Activision-published games will never be preordered by me.

 

I generally speaking don't pre-order games with the exception of MMO's, same applies here. I'll order a boxed copy from my local gamestore when it's due.

I am ssssoooo sick of the hackers in MW3. I want proper servers so they can be booted when they are caught.

I pre-ordered MW3 through Dungen Crawl ($59) but it took a week to arrive after they were available every where else.

 

I pre-ordered MW3 through steam but wont be this time around for BO2, call me old fashioned but I prefer to have a hard copy in my hands. That and the fact that it doesn't unlock until US time on the day of release which is mid morning for us here in Oz.

 

We need a new thread for the cheapest pre-order ? I agree with jugga I will buy mine locally. Saves waiting for the slow down load on first day unless they let us pre-load
