The playstation pro uses a down clocked 900mhz rx480 delivering 4.2 teraflops which is on par with a gtx970. Will that run 4K native?, no the menu interface will be 4k but the games are upscaled from 1080p to 4k capped at 30fps. So for a clear and sharp image stick with 1080p at 60fps, if you want your screen to look like it has been smeared with vaseline go 4k.
