    Ok that looks mad.

This is a must for me.

Rome Total War still sits as the best RTS I have ever played.

Still gotta pick the new one actually.

Agreed, Rome was awesome. I'd like to see then do Rome again using their new graphics engine, now that would be the best thing ever !
I'm still playing a couple of the various mods produced for it and am playing Stainless Steel, which is a great mod for Medieval II Total War.

Fingers crossed they re-visit Shogan Total War again, that was fun too.

    Never played Shogan Total War.

    Played Medieval for countless hours.

I gotta get back into these games again.

Loved playing as Rome on RTW that was just awesome. They had some magic units. The whole castle sieges were just fantastic. Would be awesome on Mulitplayer.

I wonder if you have to use their designs or you can tailor your own troops ?

Imagine a division wearing TOG attire and fighting under a TOG banner. ;)

    wtb info :)

And I always played these in TBS mainly, took too long to get troops marched around the battlefield. I'd always run them and they'd get too tired to fight (lol).

    Yeah lol

Same here I they were completely stuffed before the fight. lol

Glad I wasn't the only one expecting my troops to be marathon runners.

Let the Generals worry about the fight... I'm the EMPEROR damnit! I have bigger affairs to concern myself with. ;)

They really need better covert op's though. Back in the old BRE BBS days I used to be one of the most insipid covert operationalists. ;)
