    Hey all,

So, I am looking to join up with an active guild of some sort in either FF14 or WoW. My health took a turn for the worse, and am currently not able to work and kind of stuck. This group of people has always been fun to play with and kept my mind off all the issues, but having a hard time figuring out where to go.

I tried posting in one of the forums for WoW on the NA side, but no one answered if it was still active, so guessing not. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions, that would be fantastic. Thank you!

Black Desert Online is still a very active game and we have an active guild but most of it's content is focused more on single player play. If you are after dungeons and grouping up with people WOW would be the better game.

Lord of the rings online (LOTRO) is also active on US server Arkenstone. It is completely free to play within some limits so kost You nothing to try it out.

Thank you all for the replies. I am considering trying out BDO for now as a new player. I actually played LOTRO when it first came out, founder and lifetime sub...but lost my subscription. GW2 I will definitely consider, but still undecided on that one, haha.

Thank you all again. It means a lot.

If you are going to try BDO, join up with the guild as soon as you get in game, so many advantages in doing so. Send a whisper to /w Kharn (Kharn is my family name)

Even if you decide to move on to another game, all good, just use the advantages of being in a guild.

Will do man, thank you. I am still working on downloading it, so it might take a little bit yet. Hopefully tomorrow I should be all good to go.
