    Hello Deadfyre,

I'm still around that's if you recall my sorry mug. :)

I see you haven't been active with us nutters since 2008. Although you made a solitary forum post back on 2010.

What have you been up to in your gaming jaunts?

    Stay well.

    Heya there :)

Yea Ive turned antisocial for the most part these past few years.
Not many good games out. I avoid wow cause it sucks, Pat & company have really bargled it up as far as gaming experience. Tried Star trek online, but cryptic and company are deplorable. That game could be so good.

Been playing eve, it is fun. Waiting on the new ultima game from garriot, or the mark jacobs camelot unchained (though after warhammer online I think the fantasy mmo
genre is completely dead and beaten to a pulp).

Besides a couple consussions, and a bad leg I did start playing drums. Even got a pseudo band (well a good guitarist, not really a motivated bass player, he isnt even a team player).

aside from that im disturbed by politics and the general course of the world as it slips further into the twilight zone of ignornance and utterly mad and sad about fukushima and the atrocity that keeps getting swept under the rug.

    I hate the news.

    GTA V looks promising.

    what You writing Atrayo?

I need to finishing editing some stuff and make some ebooks but I am lazy about editing....

Hmm you're name is familiar, but I'm trying to remember back in 2004-2006 were you playing in Thorns of Grey by chance for the horde with me? I used to be called Greystone on these forums back then.

    Hello Deadfyre,

Good to hear your breathing and active with a creative hobby. Sorry to hear about the difficulty with the leg. Ouch 2 concussions?

I usually don't directly toot my own horn on the TOG boards. However I write within a niche of spirituality, that of spiritual wisdom. I've written over 1500 statements on a litany of topics for over a decade. Besides i have two books published on the topic with subsequent volumes to come over time.

On the side I'm also a arm chair futurist envisioning innovations of my own design. Be it for commercial, societal, or governmental interest. That keeps my plate full besides my gaming past time. :D

    Hi Grey :)

yes. that would have been you and I.

Imoved to Bonechewer to follow some rl friends there. they played for about a month and quit, leaving me stuck on BC horde side. :w

sadly, the few times I have returned the game is far from how it used to be. My buddy pat, who used to code on my diku mud and now is blizzards lead guy has nothing original to the game, and I have no real desire to go back.

looking back I shouldnt have left Proudmoore. ahh hindsight.

pretty sad, my buddy pat who is the lead guy there has turned blizzard into pretty much the laughing stock of the gaming industry. :w

not sure which is worse, diablo 3 or panda land.

    what a waste.

Haha and WoW Classic comes out in a few days. That wish has become reality from 6 years ago.

It's already out and it's so much fun remembering old good times. Funny how these younger chaps don't even remember of what WoW was like 10 or so years ago, meanwhile we've been grinding it to infinity haha
