Get well soon, all. Glad to say during my vasectomy earlier this year I didn't feel a thing. (No wonder the other Viper guys say I don't have the balls! 8O )
I Survived! I made it! The doc said it was a bit of a batle to get the vein out, but it's now OK. I have one shaved leg with a row of cuts running from groin to shin, boy is it weird. My lovely wife has scored some carers leave from her employer, so I'm being pampered for a few days. She asked the doc if we could have the vein in a jar for the mantelpiece, but he said he'd already used it for bait on his morning fishing trip The anaesthetist's nurse was a rough looking bloke with a grey beard and missing teeth, but I don't think he was big enough to be Dillon. Once again, thanks for all the good wishes - it's a bit like I've suddenly acquired a TOG extension to my family.
Good on ya mate. You'll be back up and walking without any pain whatsoever in a short time. I think the anaesthetist's nurse was there to make sure you woke up from your surgery without a problem, right? You checked yourself out to see if there haven't been any rough slap marks from them trying to wake you yet? HellDad in Hospital. Was it Hospital Hell?
Hey that was Coronary not me checking you out HD. I was in the other clinic brushing up on my "short arm" inspection procedure. Glad to hear everything went well. Recover well and I believe the quickest way to recover from this type of surgery if you have your wife pampering you is for her to encourage you to indulge in a bit of you know what, wink, wink, nod, nod, say no more. Apparently the flow of blood to the big "member" is good for the legs  Have fun bro
Good to see you made it out alive in one, errr... two pieces. You'll be ready for more carnage in no time!
Best wishes and good luck HellDad. I have only killed you once or tiwce in pub matches, hope you are back soon so we can get some more practice in  Speedy recovery mate cheers thedarf
I waish everybody a speedy recovery - up to the point that they can play bf1942 .... then a really really slow one so they get plenty of play time in (and chicken soup the generic cure all ;-) )
Warbear, there was a young guy in the bed next to me (in hospital) who had his wisdom teeth out. He left smiling with his mum, so it can't be too bad. Good luck. And yes Southn, I plan a lot of BF while I sit on my arse recovering.
Thanks Way I guess Warbear might be offline for a while till he recovers from his operation. I'm sure he'll let us know how he went.
Yeah had the wisdom teeth done bottom jaw many years ago. My dentist is been trying to convince me to have the top ones out as well as a precaution. This is been going for 1.5 years and I kept postponing it. 2 weeks ago he send me back my x-rays in the mail. I guess he gave up Wisdom teeth can be painfull to have out. For me it was even worse then having my jaw broken in 3 spots. Sorry Warbear, I spose u didn't want to hear this
well, after losing the lefty to the tumor fairy i'm back on deck. if ever so gingerly 8O couple of weeks of ct scans & blood tests to go. woohoo.thank goodness for TOG, Gaming, broadband & a comfy chair.
