No seriously, I'm kidding. From what I understand they've been doing a lot to make their engine run with less overhead so its probably not too bad comparative to when Crysis 1 was launched.

with crysis 1 i was hoping for a good online MP but with everyone in nanosuits speeding around it turned out to be very boring ... single player was awesome i do have to say

    Crysis 2 Pre Order

MyCrysis - Crysis 2 - Limited and Nano Edition!

Anyone found a place that has pre-order on the Nano edition? All I can find is just the game?

With that said even packing GTX480 sli I have a feeling I will have to wait till the next set of GPU's come out to max it out X_X

Some of the xbox demo MP footage on Youtube looks very promising. Might have to buy a mouse with more buttons as swapping to different suit modes quickly looks essential to survival.

Those sys req's are way too low to be considered genuine for any crysis game, the source is clearly mistaking them for specs for another game. :p

Also i think its fairly common now, that people know never to go by ' minimum ' but ' recommended ' .

As minimum translates to ' will run ' where as recommended means ' playable ' . :)

I had just read that MP was basically 6 vs 6 which is exceptionally disappointing. I don't think single player will be enough to hand over cash on this title. If it's indeed the case, I'll wait for a Steam sale to pick it up.

PC Multiplayer demo coming March 1

The time has come for PC gamers to take their best shot in Crysis 2 multiplayer. Available for download at http://crysis.ea.com and other partner sites on March 1, the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo includes two stunning maps, two adrenaline-filled modes, and hours of multiplayer action. In the demo, PC gamers will master the game’s signature Nanosuit, which allows them to be strong, be invisible, be fast and become the ultimate weapon.

Players will compete in six vs. six matches set against a war-torn Manhattan in two maps: “Skyline”, set on top of the rooftops and interiors of skyscrapers, and “Pier 17”, an open environment with limited cover. The demo also features two modes: “Team Instant Action” pits two teams against each other as they kill as many opponents as possible to win the round and “Crash Site,” where players will battle for control of alien drop pods, earning points by guarding their pods and keeping enemies at bay.

I just pre-ordered through Steam!! I played the console multiplayer demo and it was fun, but when I had my comp built I made sure I would be able to play this in 3D without blinking an eye. I have seen first hand at a friends the leaked full beta. We were amazed by how smooth it felt to play even with the Beta issues. He deleted it after 30 mins and we are both buying it. I think this will be much better than the first as I felt it was an average shooter with amazing graphics.
