They are definitely the game informer scans DougB all the sites seem to have them
Exciting. Upgrade time!
It appears as though you will be able to drag your fallen comrads to cover if there down. I don't know how handy that will be but it sounds kinda cool. Also revealed is the ability to use the bipods on the guns and mount them pretty much anywhere to steady your shots. (lol, I just read that last sentance to myself.. it doesn't sound right. But you get the gist)

LOLOL the fun I will have dragging them out in front of a tank, I can hear the tears already
Not to sure - but I think the idea is to drag them behind cover before reviving them?
Reviving in front of a tank is bad for the medics health, haven't you seen the way team mates drive tanks
I wonder if we will be able to use the ability to drag live enemies out of building windows
Being able to grab and then drag them into a safer location prior to revive sounds like an excellent idea. I still worry though that the point scorers will. still just revive you where you lay, regardless of danger.
Maybe they'll award more points for a drag and revive perhaps ?
Guys, five quick questions...
BF3 is going to be a whole new game, not a patch or add-on for BFBC2? (As I typed that I pretty much guessed "yes", since BF & BFBC are actually two different games).
The pre-release they're talking about- can you get a DVD version?
Will I need to bite the graphics bullet and upgrade my GeForce 8600GT?
Will BF3's release mean all the regular players currently on BFBC2 will desert BC2 en mass and flock to BF3, effectively leaving those servers unpopulated of TOG players?
Will DaSerial ever stop knifing me?
Cheers, Bagwhan. (Bert or Ernie In-Game)
BF3 is not related to BFBC2 it is more related to BF2 the larger scale battlefield with more people , planes etc.. .... as far as new card you will have to wait for exact specs to come out but seeing they are using a new game engine it will most likely be the case ...
also it seems some BF3 forums are saying their is no commander in BF3
No Commander, damn. Oh well, the new features are sounding good so far.
Serial will only stop stabbing you if you stab him first.
My question is (unanswerable at the moment) how many tog servers are we going to have and can I be an admin on one of them
i think it will have 9 servers and yes you can be admin .... but saying that here will not count for anything because we don't even have a BF3 division but i never like to upset fellow toggers
Oh WI wasn't that bad for a map you know. I actually had alot of fun hooning around in high speed jeeps mowing the lazy, incompetent or just AFK people down like bowling pins.
All the above is epic win.
I lol'ed at the ' pink rabbit hats ' bit. PC is lead version, PC is also better version. hehe.
Oh your a bad man Shrubbo. *snicker* .
I too will be needing admin then.
Lol shrubbo, I didn't even think of that.
I have to agree with Binary Ninja, I really didn't like Wake that much. I am looking forward to Karkand. And I hope that Jalalalalalabad will be in there to. On a side note, the picture where two guys are behind that low wall and there's a building opposite coming down (the 7 story building), it really looks like the hotel from Jalalalalalabad. Maybe I am seeing things though, only time will tell.
Doug B i thought the same from that pic and a fair few others are saying so as well but because their is more detail very hard to tell ....but it does look similar to the Hotel in Road to Jelly is bad
Just found this:
DICE Interview: Building Battlefield 3 - News - www.GameInformer.com
It's a GameInformer interview with DICE's General Manager Karl-Magnus Troedsson.
Nice...2 easy targets.
you can drag your team mates to cover in ARMAII but this will be AWESOME
There was a serial TK'er in the last ArmaII server I was on - I ended up accidentally shooting him in the head serveral times at close range, I then was good enough to pick him up and carry him to safety, laying him very gently inside a burning vehicle
(it wasn't me was it? )
