Yay! Got the stress test invite! Woop! Luckily the family is away visiting relatives until Sunday. Guess I won't be seeing much of the outside world this weekend...

Haven't read through all the forum posts yet so if someone could indicate if TOG has anything setup in game for which side to join to where to find other TOG players that would be great.

hmm i got a mail which looks like a beta invite, has a lot of links but no link to download the client. Any hint what i'm doing wrong?
The faq tells me i should follow the instructions in my mail but beside the beta date and a lot of links there are no instructions.

    Thanks in advance

First is to setup an account on Bethesdas site. Go to the following link:

    https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/register/account-information

Once you have created an account and done the email confirmation, click on the "Redeem Code" button and paste in the Beta Key that was in your invite email.

After you have done that, download the installer and run that - and sit back whilst the internet drops a 16Gb install of the game on your PC.

I'm getting around 4.28Mb/s so it should be done in an hour or two ....

    And away you go.

For those who need an invite go to curse.com, beta keys are available there, this is for the Feb. stress test this weekend.

To clarify a Curse premium account is required for this one.

    Edit

Just discovered that the restriction of the premium account remains for today (5th). From the 6th to the 10th these keys will be available to all Curse accounts and, in total Curse were apparently given 500K keys! Seems an awful lot of keys if that part is accurate.

Curse is still giving keys out to standard, non Premium members. Website looks quite backed up too.
