The following link has non-VPN COD: Ghosts keys: Buy Call Of Duty: Ghosts CD-Key Steam | CDKeyPrices.com Also, check with the vendor with what you are getting. The cheapest one is a Steam Gift, and does not mention anything about a pre-order. You are likely not to get the map bonus with that one I think. Fast2Play is guaranteeing the preorder with the bonus map at just AUD$54.49 - I am considering them now. CJS-CDKEYS is offering the game with guaranteed pre-order bonus for AUD$62, or AUD$58 without it. G2Play confirms they have the pre-order bonus at AUD$65.42 (at time of posting). I have used G2Play extensively before without issue and I believe you can rely on them to get the keys out promptly. Buyer Beware of course applies. That said, I don't think any of us should be buying direct from Steam and paying the 'All Interactive' distributor tax. It is them who force Activision to charge more for Digital Distribution here as the normal Steam pricing undercuts what they sell it to the retailers for.

Used OzGameShop to for a few CD keys - no issues so far and will be ordering most if not all future titles through them
Ozgameshop does not come up on the comparison site I use. Not bad for the money either! The CDKEYSHERE pricing at USD$44.95 does include the preorder. I actually asked them via their ticketing systems and they said it does include the map.
It didn't come up because they only started selling keys not too long ago before that it was physical copies only.
Video Ezy take a week and a half to get it to you, physically ships from Hong Kong. Won't use them again.
I grabbed a copy from CDKeysHere. Ended up $51.33 after the Paypal surcharge. They give you a Steam Gift link to which you go to the Steam Website and sign in, then past the URL and click accept. Quick and easy. Also, the Digital Hardened Edition 'Upgrade' is available for less than the season pass. I am not sure how long it will stay that way, usually that sort of thing gets a price increase very fast.
[STRIKE]ok im not sure if im seeing this right... STEAM atm says $44.96[/STRIKE] No i was wrong... shows that price cause of the upgrade to hardened is up the top...
